Download Dive into the timeless charm of the Classic Tri Peaks solitaire card game, also known as Three Peaks, Tri Towers, or Triple Peaks. This engaging solitaire variant uses a single deck of cards with the goal of clearing three distinctive peaks formed by the cards.
The game kicks off with eighteen cards dealt face-down to create a tableau consisting of three overlapping pyramids, each with three tiers. Above these pyramids, you'll find ten cards dealt face-up. The remaining twenty-four cards form the stock, from which the first card is turned over to start the waste pile. To progress, you can move a card from the tableau to the waste pile if it's one rank higher or lower than the current top card of the waste pile, regardless of suit. This allows for sequences like 7-8-9-10-9-10-J-10-9-8, and so on, until the sequence breaks. As you go, any face-down cards that are no longer covered are flipped face-up, revealing more options for play.
