As of now, Chibi-Robo! Power Control (originally released on the Nintendo GameCube) has not been officially announced as part of the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack service, which includes GameCube titles.
The Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack does include a selection of GameCube games—such as Super Smash Bros. Melee, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, and Super Mario 64—but Chibi-Robo! Power Control is not among the currently available titles.
However, given the popularity of Chibi-Robo! and the ongoing expansion of the Switch Online library, it's possible the game could be added in the future, especially since it’s a beloved and quirky classic.
