The story unfolds with the legendary Holy Grail, a mystical artifact rumored to grant any wish, appearing once every few decades. Seven sorcerers, known as Masters, each summon a Servant—a legendary hero or villain from history or myth—to compete in the Holy Grail War. The battle is fierce, with each pair fighting to the death until only one remains.
