Using the FreeStyle LibreLink app, you can:

• Receive low or high glucose alarms when using FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors.
• Access detailed reports such as time spent in target range and daily trends.

Using Your App and Reader with the Same Sensor

It's important to note that alarms can be set up either on your FreeStyle Libre 2 reader or your phone, but not both simultaneously. To receive alarms on your phone, you must start the sensor using the app. Conversely, to receive alarms on the reader, you must start the sensor with the FreeStyle Libre 2 reader. Once the sensor is activated with the reader, you can still scan it with your phone. Remember, the app and the reader do not share data with each other. To ensure comprehensive data, scan your sensor every 8 hours with the device you are using. Without regular scanning, your reports may not reflect all your data.
