Tekken 8 Season 2: Anna Williams Arrives, Future Content Revealed
Bandai Namco has released a trailer showcasing Anna Williams, the first character joining Tekken 8's Season 2 roster. The trailer highlights her updated moveset, new costumes, and a special introductory sequence featuring a unique cutscene if her sister, Nina, is the opponent.
Anna Williams will be available to players who own the Season 2 Character Pass on March 31st, with general release following on April 3rd.
The trailer also offered a glimpse into the future of Tekken 8, teasing additional content planned for release throughout 2025 and early 2026:
- Summer 2025: A new fighter and a new arena.
- Fall 2025: A new fighter.
- Winter 2025/2026: A new fighter and a new arena.
Bandai Namco also announced that Tekken 8 has surpassed 3 million copies sold, significantly outpacing the sales trajectory of its predecessor, which has sold over 12 million copies.
Tekken 8 launched on January 26th, 2024 and is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam).
