Developer Blast Zero and Red Dunes Games are commemorating the 35th anniversary of the beloved anime series, Samurai Pizza Cats, with the announcement of a new video game: Samurai Pizza Cats: Blast From the Past. This 2D action-RPG is currently in development for all major platforms.
The game boasts the return of several original English voice actors, including Rick Jones as Cerviche, Sonja Ball as Polly Esther, Terrence Scammell as Guido Anchovy and the Narrator, and Dean Hagopian reprising his role as Seymour “The Big” Cheese. Gameplay will feature the ability to switch between the Samurai Pizza Cats team members, each possessing unique skills for combat and puzzle-solving within the vibrant setting of Little Tokyo.
