To ensure a smooth experience, please note the following requirements:

Compatibility with Alfen’s Eve Single S-line and Eve Single Pro-line EV charging stations is essential.
Your charging station must be equipped with NG Firmware version 6.3 or higher.
Both the charging station and your mobile device need to be connected to the same LAN network via an ethernet cable between the router and the charging station.
A first-time login password is required for accessing the charging station.
For solar charging, an Active Load Balancing (ALB) license is necessary.
