PGR x DMC Collaboration Livestream
Dante and Vergil Character and Weapon Banners Launch on August 6
Punishing Gray Raven (PGR) is counting down to its upcoming collaboration with Devil May Cry (DMC), bringing two of the franchise's most iconic characters into the game. Developer Kuro Games hosted a special livestream on July 30, offering players a closer look at the crossover content.
As part of their global synchronization plan for all servers, the developers have integrated several game improvements. This means the global version of PGR will also enjoy the full collaboration experience. Following the successful Chinese server event, the update will include dedicated character banners for Dante and Vergil, along with weapon banners featuring Devil Sword Dante and Yamato.

Dante, DMC’s legendary protagonist, joins as a Fire Attacker specializing in aggressive combat with dynamic weapon-switching and diverse skills. His iconic motorcycle, Cavaliere, can be equipped as a Netherworld Arm or CUB (Companion Unit in Battle)—special gear that enhances your combos and inflicts extra damage.
Dante can also activate his True Devil Trigger form, unlocking an entirely new set of powerful moves for even more stylish combos. In this form, he can deliver a devastating finishing blow with his "Final Judgement" attack.

Vergil, on the other hand, is a Physical Attacker with mechanics similar to Dante. He can transform into his devil form, gaining Super Armor along with a significant boost to speed and damage. When his signature energy is fully charged, he can annihilate enemies with his legendary "Judgement Cut End" technique.
To extend combos and maximize damage, Vergil can equip Mirage Blades as a Netherworld Arm. Both characters' signature weapons—Devil Sword Dante and Yamato—will be available in their respective banners.
Mirrored Vergil and Trial of Simulacrums

Throughout the collaboration, a new boss challenge will pit players against Mirrored Vergil. This boss shares many moves with the playable Vergil but introduces new attack patterns and the ability to summon clones that deal heavy damage.
Mirrored Vergil will also appear in the Trial of Simulacrums from August 6 to September 18. In this mode, players earn high scores based on their combat performance, inspired by Devil May Cry’s Stylish Rank system.
In addition to Mirrored Vergil, the event introduces Echo as another challenging boss. Completing all event objectives rewards players with Echo's summer-themed coating, Sandy Spectrum.
Free Dante & Anniversary Rewards

To celebrate the collaboration, PGR is giving away a free Dante to all players who participate and make progress in the Lamento di Phantasma story event. Simply complete Stage 6 to claim him.
As previously announced, anyone who pulls Dante or Vergil from their banners will receive an additional free copy of that character. This bonus can be activated twice during the event. What's more, pull costs for these banners are discounted to 175 R&D tickets per summon.

PGR will also mark its 4th anniversary with a wealth of in-game rewards. A special sign-in event will grant participants 2,500 Event Construct R&D tickets, an exclusive 4th Anniversary Main Scene, profile portraits, collectibles, and more.
After the August 6 update, the first-time Black Card exchange double bonus will be reset. An anniversary Limited Research banner will also be available, allowing players to select and pull for any character up to Lilith: Daemonissa.

The Lamento di Phantasma collaboration has been eagerly awaited since its debut on the Chinese server. Fans worldwide are excited to experience PGR’s crossover with one of the most beloved game franchises of all time.
Punishing Gray Raven is available on iOS and Android, and the Devil May Cry collaboration event begins on August 6, 2025.
