This streamlined app offers a convenient way to manage your dm shopping experience across Germany. Beyond purchasing your favorite products, it integrates Glückskind and PAYBACK services, and provides a central location for all your coupons. Access is via your existing dm customer account, personalizing the app to your needs.

Get Started:

Download the dm app to your smartphone.
Log in with your dm account or create a new one.

Key Features:

Effortless Browsing: Easily navigate the dm product range using the search function, browse categories, or scan products. Review past purchases, add items to your wish list, or shop directly within the app.
Find Your Nearest dm: Locate nearby dm stores using the integrated store finder. Access store service information, save your preferred store, and check its inventory alongside online availability. For your saved store, utilize express pickup for convenient order fulfillment.
Coupon Central: Manage all your dm, Glückskind, and PAYBACK coupons in one place.
Coupon Activation & Redemption:
- Activation: Activate individual coupons via the "Activate" button.
- In-Store Redemption: Scan your QR code (found in "My Account") at the checkout.
- Online Redemption: Eligible activated coupons are automatically applied to your dm.de cart. Unused coupons remain active for future purchases.
My Account: Access personalized services like Glückskind and PAYBACK, view purchase history with product recommendations, earn PAYBACK points, and find FAQs and your customer card.
