Call Break is also known as Ghochi, Lakdi, or Lakadi in various regions.

The game's objective is to achieve the highest score while preventing opponents from reaching their target scores by breaking their calls—giving the game its distinctive name "Call Break."

Call Break utilizes a standard 52-card deck. Card rankings descend from Ace to 2: A-K-Q-J-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2. Spades serve as the permanent trump suit: any spade card outranks any card from other suits. Dealing and gameplay proceed counter-clockwise. In Call Break terminology, "hand" refers to a trick, while "Call" represents a bid.

Each participant receives 13 cards, and the game commences with players declaring their predicted winnable hands.

Players then follow established rules to ensure they secure at least their declared number of hands.

Failure to meet the declared hand count results in point deductions. The game consists of 5 rounds, and the participant with the highest cumulative score after these rounds emerges victorious.

Call Break is a renowned Nepali strategic trick card game that enjoys tremendous popularity.
