Funcom étudie les problèmes de PvP liés à l'ornithoptère dans Dune : Awakening

Dune: Awakening le développeur Funcom a annoncé une correction à venir pour les joueurs frustrés de se faire écraser à répétition par des hélicoptères - appelés Ornithoptères dans le jeu - lors des rencontres PvP.

Comme le souligne le Redditor Bombe18 dans la vidéo ci-dessous, il existe actuellement peu de recours si un Ornithoptère vous cible. Au moment où vous vous réanimez, l'appareil revient vous éliminer à nouveau dans un cycle inévitable. Cette méthode de défaite est particulièrement exaspérante car elle est quasiment impossible à contrer sans un lance-missiles.

"Développeurs de Dune, j'accepte de perdre en PvP," a écrit Bombe18 (via Eurogamer). "Mais me faire écraser par un Orni qui ne subit aucun dégât ? Non." Le joueur a également proposé des corrections potentielles : soit que l'Ornithoptère subisse des dégâts en entrant en collision avec les joueurs, soit simplement que sa capacité à écraser les adversaires depuis les airs soit désactivée.
