"Fighting Fantasy Classics Launches Eye of the Dragon Maze DLC"

Tin Man Games has enriched the Fighting Fantasy Classics collection with the addition of Eye of the Dragon, now available across various digital platforms including Android, iOS, and Steam for both PC and Mac. If you're a fan of old-school dungeon crawls, this game offers a delightful trip back in time.

This Is Its Official Digital Debut!

This marks the first digital release of Eye of the Dragon since its last print in 2010. Authored by Ian Livingstone, one of the co-creators of the series, the book originally launched in 2005 during the Wizard Books revival of the franchise. Interestingly, its origins trace back to a mini-adventure featured in Dicing with Dragons. With this digital release, Eye of the Dragon now stands as the 19th entry in the Fighting Fantasy Classics library.

In Eye of the Dragon, you delve into a classic, monster-filled maze beneath Darkwood Forest, on a quest to uncover the Golden Dragon, the most coveted treasure in Allansia. Your adventure begins in a tavern in Fang, where a mysterious stranger presents you with a life-changing opportunity—albeit one that requires you to drink a potentially lethal potion.

The dungeon is teeming with perils and riches, from deadly traps and magical artefacts to scattered jewels and numerous creatures with sharp teeth. Along the way, you might encounter an imprisoned dwarf who could turn out to be more than just another non-playable character.

Eye of the Dragon in Fighting Fantasy Classics Isn’t Just a Static Copy of the Book

Tin Man Games has enhanced this digital adaptation with numerous player-friendly features. You can adjust the difficulty to suit your skill level, and there's a Free Read mode for those who prefer to explore without engaging in combat. An auto-mapping feature ensures you won't lose your way in the labyrinth, while unlimited bookmarks and an integrated adventure sheet help manage your stats and inventory effortlessly.

Eye of the Dragon joins other classics in the series such as The Warlock of Firetop Mountain, Deathtrap Dungeon, Assassins of Allansia, The Port of Peril, and more, including Bloodbones, Forest of Doom, House of Hell, and Trial of Champions. Tin Man Games is also working on bringing even more titles to the Fighting Fantasy Classics series. To explore this thrilling addition, head over to the Google Play Store.
