Developer weltenbauer Software Entwicklung, the creative minds behind the Construction Simulator series, and publisher astragon have unveiled an exciting new title: Firefighting Simulator: Ignite. This immersive simulation game, powered by Unreal Engine 5, offers players a chance to step into the boots of a firefighter. From rescuing trapped citizens to battling a variety of fires—including electrical blazes, flammable liquids, grease fires, backdrafts, flashovers, and explosions—the game promises a highly realistic experience. Players can also enjoy four-player co-op, making teamwork a key element of the game. Firefighting Simulator: Ignite is slated for release in Fall 2025, and will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.

One of the standout features of Firefighting Simulator: Ignite is its commitment to realism, with advanced fire, smoke, and heat physics that aim to heighten the immersion for players. The game also boasts officially licensed firefighting equipment and tools from leading brands such as HAIX, Fire-Dex, and STIHL. This includes an array of essential firefighting gear like fire hoses, saws, Halligan tools, axes, and extinguishers, as well as personal protective equipment. Additionally, players will have the opportunity to operate authentic fire trucks from Rosenbauer America, including models like the TP3 Pumper, Viper, 68' Roadrunner, and the brand-new RTX.
