Your initial interaction with Radovan in Tachov requires demonstrating your blacksmithing skills. The tutorial is straightforward: heat the metal, shape it, and temper it into a weapon. Help Radovan Find His Cart
After proving your worth, speak with Radovan the following day. He'll explain that his delivery helpers haven't returned from Semine. Your task: investigate their whereabouts.
