Mortal Kombat Mobile is celebrating its 10th anniversary with an exhilarating update that introduces new content and special events, commemorating a decade of intense and fast-paced combat. Since its launch in 2015, the game has been downloaded nearly 230 million times and now boasts an impressive roster of over 175 fighters from various eras of the iconic franchise.
To mark this significant milestone, Warner Bros. Games and NetherRealm Studios are rolling out two new fighters, a revamped game mode, and daily rewards. MK1 Geras and Klassic Skarlet will be joining the fray on March 25th, bringing unique abilities to the battlefield.
MK1 Geras, the loyal guardian of Liu Kang's New Era, harnesses the power of time and sand to safeguard his allies. His Sands of Time passive ability not only reduces incoming damage but also heals the team, while his Fatal Blow, Colliding Worlds, yanks enemies through a time portal for a devastating double strike.
Klassic Skarlet, inspired by her Mortal Kombat 11 design, is a formidable blood mage whose power escalates with every fight. Her abilities siphon the life force from opponents, weakening them while boosting her own attacks.
Both characters will be showcased in the exclusive 10-Year Anniversary Kombat Pass. Opting for the Premium Pass will unlock a Diamond MK1 Geras, whereas the Premium+ Pass offers early access to Gold Klassic Skarlet alongside MK1 Geras.

Starting April 1st, a special login event will run until April 10th, allowing players to claim fan-favorite characters like MK11 Scorpion, Thundergod Raiden, and Fire God Liu Kang for free each day. Additionally, the game's combat system is set for an upgrade as Faction Wars transforms into Realm Klash, introducing new challenges and rewards from March 26th.
