Helping Lyonchyk Sprat Deliver a Joke
The quest requires climbing to the attic of a house near the bonfire (a ladder is visible). Wait there for Lyonchyk's cue. You'll be presented with several joke options; selecting any will result in a successful joke delivery and quest completion.
