World of Warcraft Patch 11.1: Undermine and Beyond
World of Warcraft's upcoming Patch 11.1, "Undermined," introduces the subterranean Goblin capital, Undermine, a sprawling zone filled with impressive architecture and inventive contraptions. But the expansion goes beyond Undermine itself, adding several new subzones.
Key additions include:
- Undermine: The main focus, a vast underground Goblin city.
- Gutterville: A corrupted area within the Ringing Deeps, featuring Excavation Site 9, one of two new Delves in Patch 11.1. Its maroon coloration suggests a significant presence of Black Blood. It's highly likely to serve as an access point to Undermine.
- Kaja’Coast: A new Goblin encampment situated in Zuldazar near Bilgewater Bonanza. This location is suspected to be linked to Undermine, possibly housing the drill-like tram showcased in the initial 11.1 announcement.

These new areas significantly expand the scope of Patch 11.1. The map of Undermine reveals a central hub, Slam Central Station, with five apparent access points. Given Gutterville and Kaja’Coast, three additional locations might receive Goblin-themed updates.
While a precise release date remains unannounced, current predictions point towards a mid-to-late February launch. However, the Public Test Realm (PTR) access is anticipated for early January, offering players an early look at this exciting new content.
