It is a legal requirement for all U10m flag vessels to meticulously record their catch. By using our app, you are playing a vital role in preserving our oceans for future generations.

Who Can Use This Service?

Registered vessel owners
Skippers

If you are a registered vessel owner, you will receive an invite email to start using the service. The timing of this email depends on the size of your vessel. It is important to register and begin using the service within one calendar month of receiving the email.

Skippers should contact the vessel owner to obtain an invitation to use the service.

Please note, if you are a member of a producer organisation and lease quota, you should continue to use a paper logbook for recording your catch rather than using our online service.

What Does This Service Replace?

The NEP1 form
The MSAR1 form, although local Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authorities (IFCAs) may require additional information based on your location
The requirement to complete a logbook when leasing fish quota and/or when fishing in two ICES areas (currently IV4/VIId and VIId/VIIe)
