Pikmin Bloom is shifting into full vacation gear this July with the upcoming Beach Resort Event. This limited-time celebration introduces new Decor Pikmin, tropical-themed challenges, and a fresh lineup of seasonal flowers to accompany your daily strolls. Read on for a complete overview of the summer festivities.
Pikmin Bloom Beach Resort Event: Start Date and Details
Running from July 1st through July 31st, 2025, the event transforms the game with a vibrant summer atmosphere. The major attraction is the debut of the Surfboard Keychain Decor Pikmin.
You can earn these new rewards by completing special Event Challenge missions available throughout July. Successfully finishing these missions also grants random bonuses, including Sea Glass and various flower petals.
Furthermore, when a Big Flower blooms on the event stage, you're guaranteed an extra prize: a Gold Seedling in addition to the standard rewards.
The event also welcomes back the popular Ice Cream: Classic Decor Pikmin from previous celebrations. Special missions will task you with collecting Sea Glass, which can be exchanged for event-themed Mii costumes and Ice Cream: Classic Decor Pikmin seedlings.
Sea Glass can be collected through several activities: planting flowers, defeating Seafoam Mushrooms, opening Mystery Boxes, or via the Event Premium Pass and Web Store Exclusive Bundle.
Seafoam Mushrooms are a new event-specific obstacle. Defeating them yields Mystery Boxes containing Sea Glass and other valuable items. For these battles, your most effective Pikmin will be the Surfboard Keychain and Ice Cream: Classic Decor varieties.
Embrace the Summer Season in Pikmin Bloom
Alongside the event, July's big flower forecast has been announced. Birds of paradise are making their first appearance as the Flower of the Month, with white, red, and yellow debuting in the game.
During July, Big Flowers can bloom into lilies, frangipanis, peonies, water lilies, irises, or birds of paradise when you plant red, yellow, white, or blue petals nearby. Fruits collected from defeated mushrooms may provide regular nectar or nectar from these special seasonal flowers.
With so much new content arriving this summer, now is the perfect time to dive into Pikmin Bloom, available on the Google Play Store, and prepare for the Beach Resort Event.
