PC and iOS:

1. Visit the official Netmarble code redemption website.
2. Locate your Netmarble ID (found in your in-game player info).
3. Select your server.
4. Enter the code.
5. Check your in-game mailbox for rewards.

Android:

1. Open The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross.
2. Tap the Menu button (bottom-right).
3. Select "Misc."
4. Choose "Coupons" (bottom-left).
5. Enter the code and tap "Redeem."
