The Nexus Bond Test Begins Now
Registration for the Honkai: Nexus Anima CBT, officially named the "Nexus Bond Test," opens today, August 29th, 2025, at 12:00 UTC+8. The registration window will close on September 12th, 2025, at 23:59 UTC+8.
Platform Availability and Beta Details
- Supported Platforms: PC and iOS (Android is not included in this test).
- Selective Access: Participants will be chosen from those who pre-register and complete a mandatory questionnaire.
Note that the beta will include a full data wipe upon completion, as development continues. Players can expect gameplay adjustments leading up to the official launch.

In Nexus Anima, you play as a traveler who escapes captivity to explore a fractured world. In this realm, connections between opposing concepts—such as Light/Dark or Life/Death—are known as Nexus.

- Anima serve as both companions for exploration and tools in combat.
Each Anima possesses unique themes and personalities. Examples include elemental forces like Light or Memory, food-inspired bonds under Satiation/Insatiability, and abstract traits such as Love, Hate, Regret, Competition, and Peace.
Connecting the Honkaiverse
As your journey unfolds, you will uncover the mysteries of the broken Nexus alongside the protagonist’s hidden past. The game is confirmed to feature characters from previous titles:
- Blade, originating from Honkai: Star Rail.
- Kiana Kaslana, returning from Honkai Impact 3rd.
Their inclusion bridges the gap between this new title and the broader Honkaiverse narrative.
