Fresh gameplay footage from The First Berserker: Khazan offers players a first look at challenging boss fights. During IGN Fan Fest 2025, developer Neople unveiled intense combat sequences featuring a distinctive umbrella-wielding enemy and two formidable beasts.
The umbrella-wielding antagonist appears to play a significant role in the narrative, with the trailer briefly teasing a pre-battle cinematic. While combat UI details remain hidden, the trailer identifies two other adversaries: Shactuka, a wolf-like creature, and Specter of Bhangau, a ram-like entity armed with a hammer and spike.
Potential Power Transformation
The trailer suggests Khazan may possess an awakened state, dramatically altering his appearance from his standard samurai-inspired design. In this glowing red, fully armored form, Khazan demonstrates enhanced combat capabilities with diverse weapon techniques.
While the game already offers multiple weapon choices, this transformation appears to boost attack speed and strength. Gameplay highlights include projectile deflection, parrying mechanics, and fluid combo execution.
