Com2uS has just released a delightful new adventure game for Android called **Minion Rumble**. With a title like that, you can probably guess the vibe: it's cute and quirky! Imagine summoning a battle-ready capybara while you fend off zombie-like hordes, all while casually sipping your drink. That's the essence of Minion Rumble!
Where Is Minion Rumble Available?
You can dive into the world of Minion Rumble if you're in the US, Canada, the UK, Indonesia, Malaysia, or the Philippines. At its heart, this game blends the casual roguelike genre with .io-style legion battles. As the Summoner, you're the captain of your squad, leading a team of Champions and Minions into battle. The game throws all sorts of weird and wonderful scenarios at you, like teaming up a bowmaster fairy and a war-hardened shooter with a cat Champion to take down endless waves of foes.
Minion Rumble features vertical, one-handed gameplay, which means you can play it with ease. Every run offers you random skill cards and Champions, ensuring that no two builds are ever the same. So, while you might have a strategy centered around an overpowered swordmaster, you'll need to adapt on the fly. Beyond the battles, there's a gear system that lets you upgrade your wand, arrows, or sword as you progress. Plus, there's an offline rewards system that keeps stacking loot for you, even when you're not playing.
There Are Some Fun Launch Events Happening Right Now
To celebrate its launch, Minion Rumble is hosting a series of exciting events. The first event, **Pudding Paradise**, runs until April 17th. It's a quest-and-dice event where you can earn Pudding Plates, which you can exchange for rewards, including Epic Champion Selection Chests.
Next up is the **Puddiebean Fusion Festival**, available until April 24th. This event requires you to collect Puddiebeans from quests and fuse them into gear, some of which can be S-tier.
Don't forget about the pre-registration rewards, which include 10,000 Gold and the Epic Champion **Capyboo**. Capyboo is not only a tanky little unit but also incredibly adorable.
Minion Rumble supports seven languages and is free to play. You can find it on the Google Play Store. And while you're at it, don't miss out on our coverage of another new game, **MageTrain**, a fast-paced pixel art snakelike roguelike, now available on Android.
