Persona 4 Revival Teaser Unveiled at Xbox Games Showcase 2025
Persona 4 Remake Now Available to Wishlist on Xbox Store, PSN, and PC
During the Xbox Games Showcase 2025, Atlus officially announced *Persona 4 Revival*, a complete remake of the beloved JRPG. The title is confirmed for release on Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC via Steam, Xbox Cloud Gaming, PlayStation 5, and Steam. A teaser trailer accompanied the announcement, giving fans their first glimpse at updated visuals and reimagined environments within Inaba. The footage showcases early development stages, mixing brief gameplay clips with cinematic shots that highlight familiar locations from the original title. Viewers can recognize iconic spots such as the Samegawa Flood Plain, a classroom at Yasogami High School, and the main shopping district—all rendered with significantly enhanced graphics.
A standout sequence depicts a stack of vintage televisions forming the portal to the Midnight Channel, a pivotal element of the game’s supernatural mystery. As shadows pass across the screens, glimpses of the Dojima residence and an unidentified figure appear before all TVs shift to an ominous red hue, marked by haunting circular patterns.
The trailer ends with a brief appearance from the protagonist—canonically Yu Narukami—as he runs through the shrine and shopping district. This is followed by the return of the iconic Midnight Channel transition effect and the reveal of the official title.
Persona 4 Revival is now available to wishlist across all announced platforms. A specific release date has not yet been confirmed.
