Back in January, Bluepoch Games thrilled fans with news of an upcoming collaboration, and now, they've shared more exciting details about the Reverse: 1999 x Assassin's Creed crossover. This event is set to introduce Ezio Auditore da Firenze as a playable character, bringing the iconic assassin from the beloved Assassin's Creed series into the world of Reverse: 1999.
In partnership with Ubisoft, this crossover will celebrate two of the most cherished entries in the Assassin’s Creed franchise: Assassin’s Creed II and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. A teaser released in January featured Vertin, the protagonist of Reverse: 1999, navigating a rainy street as the luminous Assassin’s Creed logo emerges in the background, hinting at the adventures to come.

The full rollout is scheduled for August 2025, and will be available on Android, iOS, and PC. Beyond Ezio's inclusion, the Reverse: 1999 x Assassin’s Creed collaboration promises a rich array of content.
The crossover is structured into two exciting phases, each offering unique Assassin’s Creed-themed narratives and events. Phase I transports players to the heart of Renaissance Florence, where Vertin and her team will navigate the intricate, 15th-century Italian landscape, unraveling cryptic clues along the way.
Phase II shifts the scene to the ancient world of Greece, immersing players in the setting of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Fans of the game will recognize familiar events as Vertin and her crew get entangled in the historical tapestry of this legendary era.

It’s a Special Crossover
This collaboration marks a significant milestone for Reverse: 1999 as it will be the first time that all global servers will be synchronized, ensuring that every player accesses the event content simultaneously.
Reverse: 1999 is a time-traveling RPG that blends modern and retro aesthetics. You step into the shoes of Vertin, the Timekeeper, who possesses immunity to a mysterious phenomenon known as The Storm. Following the devastating effects of these storms, which cause entire eras to vanish, Vertin, accompanied by her partner Sonetto, journeys through various timelines to rescue other arcanists affected by these temporal shifts.
