Warcraft Rumble's Season 9 update has arrived, and it's packed with exciting content to celebrate the game's one-year anniversary, which will overlap with the latter part of the season. Blizzard is hinting at possibly rolling into Season 10 during the anniversary festivities, making the slogan 'one year and ten seasons' quite catchy.
What’s In Store?
The highlight of Season 9 is the introduction of Ysera, the latest Cenarion Leader. Ysera brings a unique twist to Warcraft Rumble; you can't directly control her as she's slumbering in the Emerald Dream. However, she enhances your gameplay by adding four new Minis to your collection.
Ysera's Emerald Minis feature Innervate and Hibernate. Innervate is a spell that boosts your gold by four over ten seconds, while Hibernate can put enemies to sleep for eight seconds, though they'll awaken if damaged.
The Ysera Mini Event, which runs until October 15th, offers the chance to unlock Ysera and her abilities. Participate in challenges to earn tickets, which can be exchanged for Cenarion Tomes, Ysera Stars, and G.R.I.D Overrides. Don't miss out on securing Ysera before she's available in the G.R.I.D during Season 10.
Season 9 Also Brings Some Fun New Emotes To Warcraft Rumble
Season 9 introduces the Angry Chicken Emote, available as a PvP reward, and the Banshee Scream Emote, which can be earned through the guild War Chest.
As Hallows End approaches, the Headless Horseman will make his appearance in Warcraft Rumble Season 9. Engage in challenges to earn bat-themed rewards, new Minis, spooky cosmetics, and more.
A new siege event awaits players, where you'll have the opportunity to besiege Ironforge, confronting dwarf assassins in the vault, battling Mekkatorque on the Deeprun Tram, and facing off against Magni Bronzebeard in the throne room.
For those tracking the event schedule, the Stormwind Siege is scheduled from October 9-15, and the Molten Core event will occur from October 23-29. You can download Warcraft Rumble from the Google Play Store.
