What Is Sniper Elite: Resistance?
*Sniper Elite: Resistance* is a first-person tactical shooter set in German-occupied France during World War II. You play as Harry Hawker, an agent of the British Special Operations Executive (SOE), sent deep behind enemy lines to support the French Resistance in dismantling a devastating Nazi super-weapon that could turn the tide of the war.True to the series’ roots, the game emphasizes stealth, strategy, and precision sniping. Land a fatal shot, and you’ll be rewarded with the franchise’s signature X-ray kill cam—showcasing in slow motion the bullet’s destructive path through enemy anatomy.
New to this installment are Propaganda Missions, time-limited stealth operations where you sabotage Nazi propaganda efforts. Also returning is the fan-favorite Axis Invasion mode, allowing players to invade others’ campaigns as enemy snipers, adding a tense, unpredictable layer to the solo experience.
