The Electronic Health Book is a pivotal mobile application developed by the Ministry of Health in Vietnam, designed to empower citizens with the tools needed to manage their health effectively. This application facilitates easy access to health information, promoting proactive disease prevention and comprehensive health care for individuals and their families, anytime and anywhere.

Each user of the Electronic Health Book is equipped with a personal electronic medical record, encompassing vital health data, medical history, and vaccination records. This feature not only aids healthcare professionals in making accurate diagnoses and providing tailored treatments but also enhances the continuity of care while potentially reducing healthcare costs for patients.

A standout feature of the application is its role in the Covid-19 vaccination process. It simplifies the registration for Covid-19 vaccinations, enabling healthcare workers to efficiently access and manage vaccination data. This reduces waiting times and congestion at vaccination sites, and minimizes contact during the vaccination process. Furthermore, each vaccinated individual receives an electronic "Certificate of Immunization" complete with a QR code, streamlining verification processes.
