Following the monumental Update 2.0, Black Border 2 has rolled out Update 2.1, bringing a fresh set of features and improvements to the game. While not as extensive as its predecessor, Update 2.1 demonstrates the developers' commitment to responding to community feedback and enhancing the overall gaming experience.
What’s New in Update 2.1 of Black Border 2?
One of the standout additions in Update 2.1 is the introduction of five new wanted characters, available at level 36. These characters are far from ordinary and pose a significant challenge. Your mission is to apprehend them before they manage to escape. Vigilance is key; letting one slip by could have consequences.
The update also enriches the conversational dynamics at the border. With the addition of new emotes, the characters you interrogate now exhibit a broader range of emotions and behaviors, making interactions more engaging and lifelike as they attempt to charm, plead, or frustrate you.
The bribery system has seen some tweaks as well. Bribes now appear only after you reject a request, adding a strategic layer to your decision-making process. Each choice you make now carries greater significance.
Another notable change is the immediate reward system for building. Upon constructing something, you'll receive your rewards instantly, eliminating the previous wait time.
Lastly, Update 2.1 enhances the game's audio and visual elements. New sound effects for actions like stamping and document handling have been added, along with animations for warning papers, vehicle spins, and manual inspections, making the gameplay more immersive.
