When is the Pokemon GO Bug Out Event?
The Bug Out event in *Pokemon GO* kicks off on March 26 at 10 AM local time and runs through to 8 PM local time on March 30. That gives you five full days to hunt down those bug-type Pokemon that might have Misty running for the hills! This event is especially great for Shiny hunters, as nearly all featured Pokemon have a Shiny variant in *Pokemon GO*.

According to the official announcement, you'll encounter these bug-type Pokemon more frequently in the wild during the Bug Out event:

New Pokemon During the Bug Out Event
Get ready to welcome two new additions to *Pokemon GO* during the Bug Out event: Sizzlipede and Centiskorch. You can evolve Sizzlipede into Centiskorch with 50 Sizzlipede Candy.
Featured Raid Pokemon for the Pokemon GO Bug Out Event
Raids will be buzzing during the *Pokemon GO* Bug Out event. Here are the Pokemon you can expect to challenge at raid gyms, with those marked with an asterisk having a chance to be shiny:

Make sure to complete and claim your rewards before the event ends.
