If you've experienced Haegin's recent Dreamland update, you may have been fascinated by the unique concept of entering this zone through sleep. But perhaps you've also wondered what would occur if your character's whimsical, surreal dreams took a sinister turn. The new Nightmare update now reveals exactly that.
Driven by the influence of the Queen of the Night, Dreamland has been twisted into a nightmarish domain. These nightmare creatures are now encroaching not just upon the dream world, but also the 'real world' of Kaia Island. To restore peace, you must challenge the Queen and her followers before the event concludes on May 21st.
Across the island, you'll confront five distinct Nightmare Monsters, such as the Sneering Pillow and Abandoned Doll, all of which must be defeated using the recently introduced Dream Gun. Successfully eliminate them all to earn the exclusive mount: the Bed Consumed by Nightmares.
Beyond the obvious Nightmare Monsters, even the ordinary wildlife of Kaia Island has been tainted by these dark dreams. You'll discover new species of fish and insects to catch, which can be exchanged for Nightmare Essence event currency.
Additionally, visit the Dreamland Workshop to craft eerie, nightmare-inspired furniture pieces like the Nightmare Music Box and Nightmare Garden Lamp. A new companion, the Nightmare Sheep, has also joined the fray as an obtainable pet.
