This limited-time offer is a fantastic opportunity for new players to experience the gripping world where the Metro series began.

Last month, 4A Games also shared an update on their plans for Metro's 15th anniversary. In a blog post dated March 16 on their official website, they outlined a year filled with events, deals, and celebratory content across Metro's social media channels as a way to thank their dedicated community.

The post read, "Throughout this year, there will be events, deals, and celebratory content on the Metro social media channels, to thank you, our players, for coming on the journey so far with us."

Currently, 4A Games is hard at work on two major projects: the next installment in the Metro series and a brand-new IP. While details about the new IP remain under wraps, the developers have shared some insights into the development of the next Metro game.

The ongoing conflict in Ukraine has deeply influenced the direction of the next Metro title. The developers noted, "As we said in our last studio update, in 2022 a full-scale Russian invasion changed how we wanted to tell the story of the next Metro game. As art became life for many of our developers in Ukraine, we drew from that lived experience to create an even darker story, those themes already present in Metro becoming ever-more apparent and important."
