- After defeating Adam and Eve in Chapter 5, you'll receive a communication from Operator 6O. This "Investigating Communications" message is easily missed, so act promptly.
- Advance the main storyline, completing Chapter 6 (Forest Castle events) and initiating Chapter 7.
- Following a conversation with Pascal about A2, explore the city ruins. Operator 6O will contact you again, instructing you to check your inbox at an access point to begin the "Terminal Repairs" quest.
- While returning to the Resistance Camp during Chapter 7, you'll receive a final message from Operator 6O mentioning flowers and a new inbox message.
- Interact with this message to begin "Find a Present."
- Upon completing "Find a Present," the Type-40 sword will be delivered to your inbox.
