Xbox Game Pass January 2025 Lineup: New Arrivals and Departures
Microsoft has unveiled the first wave of Xbox Game Pass titles for January 2025, confirming previous leaks and setting the stage for another exciting year of gaming. The lineup includes a mix of new releases and returning favorites, with some titles exclusive to certain Game Pass tiers.
Several games are leaving the service on January 15th, making this a month of both additions and subtractions.
New Games Arriving in January 2025:
Microsoft announced seven new games joining Xbox Game Pass, starting with Road 96 (available now across all tiers), which returns to the service after a previous stint. The remaining titles arrive later in the month:
- Road 96: Available January 7th (All tiers)
- Lightyear Frontier (Preview): January 8th (Standard & higher tiers)
- My Time at Sandrock: January 8th (Standard & higher tiers)
- Robin Hood – Sherwood Builders: January 8th (Standard & higher tiers)
- Rolling Hills: January 8th (Standard & higher tiers)
- UFC 5: January 14th (Ultimate tier only)
- Diablo: January 14th (Ultimate & PC Game Pass tiers)
Note that Diablo and UFC 5 have tier restrictions; Diablo is for Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers, while UFC 5 is exclusive to Ultimate.
Alongside the new games, several Game Pass Ultimate perks launched on January 7th, including weapon charms for Apex Legends and DLC for First Descendant, Vigor, and Metaball.

- Common'hood
- Escape Academy
- Exoprimal
- Figment
- Insurgency Sandstorm
- Those Who Remain
