Miraibo GO's Abyssal Souls Season: A Halloween-Themed Adventure
Just weeks after its release, Miraibo GO, the mobile and PC monster-catching game from Dreamcube, launches its first season: Abyssal Souls – a chilling Halloween event. Boasting over 100,000 Android downloads, this update introduces a new level of spooky fun.
For those unfamiliar, Miraibo GO offers a mobile experience akin to PalWorld. Explore a vast open world, capturing, battling, and caring for diverse Mira – creatures ranging from reptilian behemoths to adorable avian companions and tiny mammal-like beings. Over one hundred Mira exist, each with unique skills, abilities, and elemental affinities. Strategic battles require understanding Mira matchups and terrain advantages (beaches, mountains, grasslands, deserts).
Beyond combat, Miraibo GO features base building, resource gathering, farming, and other management aspects.
Season Worlds and Abyssal Souls
Miraibo GO utilizes a Season World system. Each season introduces a temporal rift in the lobby, accessing a parallel dimension with unique content. This includes exclusive Mira, buildings, progression, items, and gameplay mechanics. End-of-season progress determines rewards redeemable in the main world.Abyssal Souls introduces a Halloween-themed world and lore. The Annihilator, a powerful ancient evil, has created a new island, accompanied by minions like Darkraven, Scaraber, and Voidhowl. Players must defeat these Mira, including the formidable Annihilator (note: monsters are stronger at night).
This season offers a level playing field. Leveling increases health instead of attribute points, and a new Souls system provides stat bonuses (lost upon defeat, but equipment and Mira are retained). An island-based free-for-all PvP system allows for quick soul gains or losses, rewarding players with Spectral Shards for special items. New buildings (Abyss Altar, Pumpking Lamp, Mystic Cauldron) and a secret Ruin Arena (PvP and Ruin Defense Event) are also included. Players can also enjoy Halloween costumes and accessories.
